How long does manufacturing and installation take?
The standard lead time is from 30 days for small food boxes and from 50–60 days for offices and residential modules. The exact timeline depends on the complexity, finish and engineering systems. After the contract is signed you receive a schedule with milestones.
Can you adapt the layout and design to our needs?
Yes, we design every project individually. We tailor the layout, façade, finish and engineering to your processes — whether it's an office, cafe or residence. During the design phase you receive 3D visualisations and floor plans before manufacturing starts.
What utilities can be connected to the container?
The full set: electrics, water and drainage, heating and air conditioning, ventilation, internet and low-current systems (CCTV, access control, alarm). We connect to the city utilities ourselves or coordinate with on-site specialists.
Where can the module be installed? Do we need permits?
The module can be installed on practically any prepared site — from private land to commercial plots. Temporary structures usually don't require a permit. For permanent installations we help with paperwork and approvals.
What guarantees do you provide on work and materials?
We provide a warranty on the module structure, engineering systems and finish. We use only certified materials and equipment from trusted suppliers. The warranty terms are fixed in the contract before work begins.
Can the module be used year-round?
Yes. All residential and office modules come with multi-layer insulation, heating and air conditioning — comfortable in winter and summer. We choose the insulation thickness and heating system based on your region and use case.
Can several modules be combined into a single building?
Yes, this is common practice. We design buildings from 2, 4 or more containers — with shared walls, terraces, attics and second floors. This makes it possible to build full-size offices, cafes and homes without area limits.
What does the final price include?
The price covers design, materials and module manufacturing, engineering systems, finish, delivery and on-site installation. All line items are itemised in the estimate — no hidden fees.
